AI Solutions Consultant

Role overview

You will work with customers and internal engineering teams to identify high-value workflows, define solution approaches and communicate business outcomes. The role requires structured thinking, strong communication and enough technical fluency to shape implementable solutions.

What you'll do

• Map business processes and identify repeatable AI opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and document requirements, risks and success metrics.
• Create solution concepts, POCs and implementation roadmaps with engineering teams.
• Communicate trade-offs across value, feasibility, security and adoption.

What we're looking for

• Strong business analysis, consulting or solution design experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to understand APIs, data flows and software delivery concepts.
• Outcome-oriented approach to AI adoption.

Nice to have

• Enterprise SaaS, automation or AI consulting experience.
• Experience with financial services, healthcare, insurance or operations.
